1. Scope of Policy
This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which payments are processed to registered sellers on ThriftyCart. It governs payment eligibility, timelines, deductions, and related processes applicable to all sellers operating under permitted categories and shipping only within India.
2. Payment Eligibility
- Payments are made only for successfully delivered orders confirmed by the customer.
- Orders must be shipped and delivered within India only.
- Any cancelled, returned, or disputed orders will be excluded or adjusted from the payout amount.
3. Payment Cycle
- The payment cycle begins after successful order delivery and confirmation from the buyer.
- Payouts are generally processed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as per platform operations.
- Sellers will receive payment into their registered bank account after deductions (refer to Section 4).
4. Deductions and Adjustments
The following deductions may apply before disbursing the final payout:
- Platform commission
- Payment gateway charges
- Return or refund adjustments
- Penalties for policy violations (if applicable)
All applicable deductions will be transparently displayed in the seller’s dashboard.
5. Mode of Payment
- Payments are transferred via NEFT/IMPS to the bank account provided during seller registration.
- Sellers must ensure their bank details are accurate and up to date to avoid transaction failures.
6. Invoice and Report Access
- Sellers can access sales reports, transaction summaries, and invoice breakdowns through their seller dashboard.
- All financial reports are available for 30 days only from the date of transaction.
- After 30 days, the platform permanently deletes all payment data as part of its data retention policy. Sellers are advised to download and back up their data within this period.
7. Disputes and Support
- Any discrepancies in payment, payout delays, or settlement queries must be reported within 7 working days of the payment cycle.
- The platform will investigate and resolve disputes on a case-by-case basis.
8. Data Retention
- All payment-related records will be retained by the platform for 30 days only.
- Sellers are responsible for maintaining their own records beyond this period.
9. Modifications
GOLDENRAG TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify the payment policy with prior notification through email or platform notices. Continued selling activity will be deemed acceptance of updated terms.
