Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting customer support via email or phone.
  • Cancellation requests received after the 24-hour window may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
  • Cancellation requests must include the order number and reason for cancellation.

1.2 Cancellation by Seller or Platform

  • GOLDENRAG TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
    • Unavailability of the product
    • Incorrect pricing or listing errors
    • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
    • Other unforeseen circumstances

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are provided for:
    • Cancelled orders prior to shipment
    • Returned products accepted under the Returns Policy
    • Products not delivered due to seller or shipping partner issues
  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • Products damaged due to customer misuse
    • Orders cancelled after shipment without return approval
    • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse (unless stated in return policy)

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted through customer support with order details and reason for refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification and product inspection (if applicable).
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges and transaction fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to seller or platform error.

3. Partial Refunds

  • In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for products that are damaged but still usable or missing minor accessories.
  • Partial refunds will be decided on a case-by-case basis after assessment by customer support.

4. No-Show or Failed Delivery

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or non-availability of the customer, reshipment charges may apply.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the delivery attempt fails due to customer fault.
