1. Company Overview

GOLDENRAG TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED is an e-commerce platform offering home furnishing solutions through its brand ThriftyCart. Our focus is on delivering high-quality products within India, across categories such as furnishings, beddings, curtains, carpets, and more.


2. Approved Product Categories

Sellers are allowed to list products under the following categories only:

  • Furnishings
  • Beddings
  • Blinds
  • Carpets
  • Curtains
  • Cushions
  • Floor Coverings
  • Floor Mats

3. Seller Onboarding Requirements

To become a seller on ThriftyCart, the following documents and details are mandatory:

  • GST Certificate
  • PAN Card
  • Bank Account Details (Cancelled Cheque or Bank Verification Letter)
  • Business Registration Proof (if applicable)
  • Authorized Signatory ID Proof (Aadhar/Driving License)
  • Product Images and Specifications for listing

4. Listing Guidelines

  • All listings must be accurate, clearly describing product specifications, dimensions, material, and usage.
  • Prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Images must be of high quality, clear, and free of watermarks.
  • Only in-stock items should be listed to avoid cancellation issues.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • ThriftyCart currently supports shipping within India only.
  • Sellers are responsible for packaging and dispatching products safely and promptly.
  • Tracking details must be updated in the system within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Delivery delays and poor shipping practices may lead to penalties.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Products can be returned by customers as per ThriftyCart’s return policy.
  • Sellers must accept and process return requests if the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
  • In case of customer-initiated cancellations before dispatch, sellers must promptly approve and process without delay.

7. Payment Settlement

  • Payments are released after confirmation of delivery and acceptance by the buyer.
  • All applicable fees (commission, payment gateway charges, return adjustments) are deducted before final payout.
  • The payout cycle is as per platform policy and communicated during seller onboarding.

8. Data Policy

  • Transaction and sales data is retained for 30 days only from the date of order or transaction.
  • Sellers are advised to regularly download and store all reports, invoices, and data for future reference.
  • Post 30 days, the data is automatically deleted and is not recoverable.

9. Platform Policies and Support

  • Sellers must adhere to all platform policies including product authenticity, timely response, proper packaging, and professionalism.
  • Any violations or disputes may lead to temporary or permanent suspension.
  • For any issues, sellers can contact our support team via official communication channels.
