User Agreement

1. Introduction

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the ThriftyCart.in platform, operated by GOLDENRAG TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the website or registering as a seller or buyer, you agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined in this document.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1. By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the platform.

3. User Categories

This Agreement applies to:

  • Buyers (individuals purchasing products)
  • Sellers (registered business entities listing and selling products)
  • Visitors (browsing without transacting)

4. Account Registration

4.1. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation.
4.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
4.3. Any misuse of account or unauthorized activity must be reported immediately.

5. Use of the Platform

5.1. The platform must be used in compliance with all applicable Indian laws.
5.2. Users may not upload, distribute, or publish any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.
5.3. Automated access, data scraping, or disruption of platform operations is strictly prohibited.

6. Seller-Specific Terms

6.1. Sellers must register and comply with all seller policies, including the Seller Terms & Conditions, Seller Registration Policy, Payment Policy, and Documentation Requirements.
6.2. Sellers are allowed to list products only in the approved categories:

  • Furnishings
  • Beddings
  • Blinds
  • Carpets
  • Curtains
  • Cushions
  • Floor Coverings
  • Floor Mats

6.3. Sellers must ensure timely shipping within India only and adhere to customer service guidelines set by the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content, trademarks, product images, graphics, and intellectual property on ThriftyCart are owned by GOLDENRAG TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.
7.2. Users may not copy, use, or distribute any platform content without prior written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Use

8.1. User data is collected and used as per the platform’s Privacy Policy.
8.2. Transactional and operational data is retained for 30 days only, after which it will be deleted permanently.
8.3. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The platform provides services on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.
9.2. GOLDENRAG TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party services, user negligence, or unforeseeable technical issues.

10. Termination

10.1. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of this Agreement or any other platform policies.
10.2. Users may also request to delete or deactivate their account after clearing all dues and obligations.

11. Modifications to the Agreement

11.1. This Agreement may be updated periodically.
11.2. Users will be notified via email or platform announcements, and continued usage will indicate acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
